How to Connect to Stellar

In this guide, we will cover the following connection methods to the Stellar infrastructure:

• Stellar Connection via Horizon URL
• Stellar Connection via Core Command URL
• Stellar Connection via WebSocket
• Participant Connection

How to Access Your Blockdaemon Stellar Credentials

Once you have purchased your Blockdaemon Stellar infrastructure, you can access your credentials:

1. Log into the Blockdaemon app.
2. In the Blockchain Access menu, click Nodes.
3. Click the Stellar node.
4. Click the Connect tab.

In the Connection Information area, you'll find the following:

• Your Endpoint URL
• Your Auth Token

How to Connect to Stellar with cURL via Horizon URL

• Replace YOUR_ENDPOINT_URL with the Endpoint URL found in the Blockdaemon app.
• Replace YOUR_AUTH_TOKEN with the Auth Token found in the Blockdaemon app.

How to Connect to Stellar with cURL via Core Command URL

• Replace YOUR_ENDPOINT_URL with the Endpoint URL found in the Blockdaemon app.
• Replace YOUR_AUTH_TOKEN with the Auth Token found in the Blockdaemon app.

Stellar Connection via WebSocket

• Replace YOUR_ENDPOINT_URL with the Endpoint URL found in the Blockdaemon app.
• Replace YOUR_AUTH_TOKEN with the Auth Token found in the Blockdaemon app.

How to Enable Other Participants to Connect to Your Stellar Node

If you want other network participants to connect to your node via Core P2P URL, share the following:
