How to Connect to Aptos

In this guide, you'll learn the following connection methods to the Aptos infrastructure:

• Aptos REST Connection via cURL (Bearer)
• Aptos REST Connection via cURL (X-Auth-Token) 
• Aptos REST Connection via cURL (auth URI) 
• Aptos Connection via WebSocket

How to Access Your Blockdaemon Aptos Credentials

Once you have purchased your Blockdaemon Aptos infrastructure, you can access your credentials:

1. Log into the Blockdaemon app.
2. In the Blockchain Access menu, click Nodes.
3. Click the Aptos node.
4. Click the Connect tab.

In the Connection Information area, you'll find the following:

• Your Endpoint URL
• Your Auth Token

• Replace YOUR_ENDPOINT_URL with the Endpoint URL in the Blockdaemon app.
• Replace YOUR_AUTH_TOKEN with the Auth Token in the Blockdaemon app.
• Replace HEIGHT_HERE with your chosen block height.

Aptos Connection via WebSocket

• Replace YOUR_ENDPOINT_URL with the Endpoint URL in the Blockdaemon app.
