Returns events that changed an instrument's outstanding supply, newest first.
A mint adds a holding to the named party; a burn removes one. Filter on
operation to narrow to one direction.
requestedAt is when the operation was submitted and executedAt is when the
registry committed it. The gap between them is the approval and validation
latency of the issuance workflow, so ageing an unexecuted request should be
measured from requestedAt.
This feed may be incomplete — do not reconcile supply against it alone. The
registry's issuance templates produce their executed record optionally: accepting
a mint always credits a holding but only conditionally writes the ExecutedMint
this endpoint reads. A mint can therefore complete, and the position change be
entirely correct, with nothing appearing here. Reconcile outstanding supply from
holdings, and treat this endpoint as the audit trail of issuance events that were
recorded rather than a guaranteed ledger of every issuance that occurred. The same
caveat applies to /dtcc/rejections.
