List registered parties

https://svc.blockdaemon.com/data/canton/mainnet/dtcc/parties

Returns the credential the registry issued to each onboarded party, newest
first, and is how a party alias in any other response resolves to a
counterparty.

claims are the assertions the issuer makes about the party — most
significantly whether it is on the allow list a transfer is checked against.
A party whose credential is closed cannot receive a transfer.

This endpoint is served under the dtcc tier. A request is refused with 403 if the dtcc tier is not licensed for your account.
