The health status of the rewards processing system. Rewards are available up to and including the specified processedEpoch.

If the system is running optimally, all rewards up to the lastProcessedEpoch should be accessible. (Note: Data is available starting from January 1, 2024.)
If the system is running behind, the status will show as DEGRADED. This occurs when the following is true: (currentChainEpoch - processedEpoch) >= 2
